Temporary Policy Information

These policies provide general guidance until Mama Vicki’s final ordering terms are confirmed. Specific requirements will be discussed and agreed upon before an order is accepted.

Order Lead Times

Please allow 48–72 hours’ advance notice for standard orders so ingredients and supplies can be obtained. Larger, specialty, custom, catering, or travel requests may require additional time. Contact Vicki as early as possible to confirm availability.

Deposits

A deposit may be required for custom, specialty, catering, or larger orders. Any required deposit amount, payment deadline, and remaining balance will be explained and agreed upon before the order is confirmed.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations and refund requests are handled case by case. Please contact Vicki as soon as possible if plans change. Ingredients, supplies, custom materials, or work already completed may affect the amount that can be refunded. Any applicable terms will be confirmed before the order is accepted.

Pickup, Delivery & Setup

Pickup, delivery, event setup, and travel may be available depending on the order, event location, schedule, and arrangements. Availability and any related charges will be discussed before the order is confirmed.

Allergens & Gluten-Free Requests

Gluten-free options may be available by request. Mama Vicki’s kitchen is not an allergen-free facility, and gluten-free availability does not guarantee that an item is free from cross-contact. Customers should disclose allergies and dietary concerns before ordering. Mama Vicki cannot guarantee the absence of allergens.

Custom Designs

Inspiration photographs are welcome, but handmade cakes and desserts may vary in color, placement, decoration, and other details. The final design, wording, colors, flavors, and level of customization will be discussed before the order is accepted.

Privacy

Information submitted through the website, email, phone, or text is used to respond to inquiries, discuss orders, and provide requested services. Customer information is not sold. Website forms and related data may also be processed through Squarespace and its service providers.
