Mama Vicki’s Heavenly Creations is owned by Vicki Mason, a retired culinary instructor and dining facility manager from Gordon Cooper Technology Center in Shawnee, Oklahoma. With 38 years of culinary experience, Vicki brings trusted skill, careful attention, and a heartfelt commitment to every order she prepares.

Her signature carrot cake is a customer favorite, alongside custom cakes, cupcakes, pies, dinner rolls, cinnamon rolls, pumpkin rolls, and other desserts for families, celebrations, gatherings, and special occasions.

For Vicki, “made with love” means taking the time to prepare each order with care, listening to what the customer wants, and creating food that helps make an occasion feel special.

Custom Cakes & Desserts

Custom cakes are available in several sizes with frosting, simple decoration, custom colors, personalized writing, and specialty flavors. Strawberry, Carrot, and German Chocolate are available for an additional charge, and other flavors or design requests may be discussed during consultation.

Catering for Your Gathering

Catering is also available for family gatherings, business events, church functions, celebrations, and other special occasions. Options may include sandwich trays, fruit and vegetable trays, fresh salads, desserts, and other foods discussed with Vicki.

Service Area

Based in Strother, Oklahoma, north of Seminole, Vicki primarily serves clients within approximately 100 miles. Travel beyond the normal service area may be available depending on the event and arrangements.

Every order is planned with attention to detail. Please contact Vicki to discuss your needs, confirm availability, and finalize the menu or design. Standard orders generally require 48–72 hours’ advance notice; larger, specialty, catering, and travel orders may require additional time.
